14 days programme POINTS TO BE COVERED:-- Theory:- 1. Introduction a. Definition. b. Causes. c. Effects. d. Weight reduction protocol. 2. Requirement of nutrients. 3. Familiarization of available food materials (demo – explaining the nutritive values). 4. Ideal food timings and preparations. 5. Different methods of massages, ayurvedic procedures and yoga for weight reduction. 6. Possible side-effects and precautions to be taken in weight reduction regimen. 7. Follow up procedures. Theory – 38.30 hrs Practical-57.00 hrs Total approximately 95 hours including interactive sessions and certificate awarding ceremony. Minimum 6 hours a day will be occupied with the programme on an average.
